• Measure and improve the site audience — legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Recipients and processors

Your data is shared only with the following processors, acting on our instructions:

• Tally (Tally Forms, Belgium — EU): contact-form handling.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): cookieless audience measurement.
• DigitalOcean, LLC (USA): website hosting.

International transfers

Your data may be accessed by the controller in China and by processors in the United States. These countries are not covered by an EU adequacy decision. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) and/or your explicit consent. [TO BE CONFIRMED with counsel.]

Retention

Contact requests are kept for 3 years after our last contact with you, then deleted, including from the Tally dashboard.

Your rights
